Each of our services is managed by a Registered Manager, supported by an Assistant Manager, Team Leaders and a team of support staff. Staff teams meet regularly, to discuss all aspects of the running of the service, where their views are actively sought and acted upon. The teams are organised in such a way as to provide continuity and flexibility of support, but with particular reference to the Triad of Impairments specific to Autism.
