Our art and leisure programme develops and implements a wide variety of year-round recreation and leisure programs, special events, and services to meet the interests and needs of residents. Programs are designed to develop, enhance, and/or maintain leisure skills, motor skills, socialisation, and overall well-being as well as to promote fun and enjoyment.

 A range of activities are available within the home environment such as working with clay, arts & crafts, painting and model building.

 All activities are risk assessed and supervised by staff.

Sutton-in-Ashfield is a former mining town in Nottinghamshire. One of its attractions is the largest sundial in Europe, which is located in the middle of Portland Square, just a short walk away from the town’s main indoor shopping centre and also within walking distance from Jubilee Court.

Rufford Country Park has large areas of woodland and parkland at the heart of which are the picturesque remains of 12th Century Rufford Abbey.
